In an interview, Herbert Bittersam, owner of the stylish hotel “Das Urbisgut”, tells us why he is convinced of Seekda as channel manager. What made you switch to the KUBE?
Everyone who works in our industry knows how important it is to have a reliable and competent partner. Through years of experience and the use of Seekda’s services, we are confirmed almost daily that we have made a good decision. That’s why we switched to the new booking mask KUBE without a second thought, even though we still need some time to get used to it.

The new booking tool immediately impressed us with its new features, the various display options and the many additional components that can be integrated. In addition, as usual, we have a professional support team that we can rely on at all times. We really appreciate the good cooperation and the exchange of knowledge at eye level. It shows us how important we are as a customer – and vice versa.

What features do you find most interesting for your hotel?
Cookie visitor behaviour is of great interest to us, as well as the integration of vouchers, the sorting and display of offers, additional services and prices, and the calculation and quick booking modes. In addition, our primary goal is to constantly improve our service. KUBE helps us to do this by giving us the ability to ask our guests additional questions, for example by interest.

Over the next few weeks, we will have to invest a lot of time and effort in making various adjustments to our hotel. However, we expect that the new booking engine and its ease of use will reduce the time required in the future.

What are your impressions and experiences?
We feel that we are once again well equipped for the future, especially in terms of security, which is an ever-present issue, especially in relation to the Internet.

The whole look and feel of KUBE is intuitive, simple and user-friendly. Now it is time to put the new KUBE booking screen to the test and we are looking forward to working with it. Most of all, we appreciate the support when we need it. Simple is not always easy, but this is definitely the case here and that is reassuring.
