- December 24, 2024, and December 31, 2024: Limited phone support available from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM. After 1:00 PM, we will be reachable via email.
- Holidays (December 25, 2024, December 26, 2024, January 1, 2025, January 6, 2025): Support will be available exclusively via email. Phone support will not be available.
