Five star luxury vacation in spectacular scenery through the new KUBE. Hotel Manager Johannes Westreicher reveals how the changeover came about and which features particularly meet their expectations and requirements.
What convinced you to switch to the KUBE?
What convinced us about the KUBE was that it can be individually adapted to our CI and is a great solution for online direct bookings for our business. Furthermore, it is easy to use and easy to understand for the guest. This results in more online bookings, whether via desktop or mobile devices.
Which features do you find most interesting and suitable for your hotel?
We are a city hotel with a vacation character and therefore have many different target groups to serve. Since the flexibility of the booking engine KUBE is very high and also available in many languages, a wide variety of customers get the opportunity to compare diverse offers at a glance to find the right offer quickly and easily.
What are your first impressions?
We and our team at the reception are very pleased and look forward to working with the system on a daily basis. We hope that KUBE will continue to be developed further and that new functionalities will be introduced.
