Description:: This web service contains the Level II alpha-numeric HCPCS procedure and modifier codes, their long and short descriptions, and applicable Medicare administrative, coverage, and pricing data. These codes, which are established by CMS’s Alpha-Numeric Editorial Panel, primarily represent items and supplies and nonphysician services not covered by the American Medical Association’s CPT-4 codes. This web service does not contain the American Medical Association’s CPT-4 codes.

Detailed Explanation

connect time: milliseconds until connection with the service could be established
response time: milliseconds until response was completely received
avg. connect time: avg time in milliseconds until connection with the service could be established (across all service)
avg. response time: avg time in milliseconds until response was received (across all service)
The coloring of the lower bar in the graph indicates certain properties of the response during a particular availability check.
OK: We verified that the server correctly implements the SOAP protocol, however this does not mean that we have verified its actual functionality (such as a weather service).
connect error: we were unable to establish a connection to the server.
connect timeout: we have been able to contact the server, however within 20 seconds we could not establish a connection.
read timeout: the server took more then 20 seconds to send its response.
read error: we were able to connect the server, however for some reason we failed to read the response data.
malformed response: the server did not respond according to the SOAP protocol specification. Please not that the service still might provide some functionality, but it is likely that there exists some problem.
